Steam Achievements

I've noticed several Steam Achievements not being granted, even though I'm sure I've earned them. Anyone else experienced something simular?

Should have gotten these, but they were never triggered for some reason:

Up and Comer (Reach 20th level)
The Boss (Reach 30th level)
No Tumbler Fumbler (Pick 25 locks)
Hack the Mojave (Hack 25 terminals)
Master of the Mojave (Discover 125 locations) - Note: I did grab the perk that highlighted the remaining locations. I wonder if that disqualified me from getting the achievement?

I did in fact reach lvl.30 and pick more than 25 locks, also did hack more than 25 computers (before anyone starts asking hehe).

If, at any time during the gaming session where you hacked the final computer (Or lock, or reached level thirty) you accessed the console, it will disable the steam achievements. A quick way to get around that is to use the console, quick-save, and quick-load.

They really should do away with that, it being an incredibly buggy game at times, leading to the required use of the console often enough to where the solution becomes at best annoying and at worst infuriating.

The only times when I accessed the console was actually by accident. When trying to hit the 1 key, I would hit the ~ key instead. I did get all the quest achievements though.
