Also, if you used any ugridstoload tweaks they can cause issues with loading fresh ini's.
So make backup copies of your current inis so you have them for reference "just in case".
Keeping in mind there is currently a bug with "saveini" where it places the ini file in the Data folder rather than My Games/Skyrim. Use the following commands to downgrade ugrids if it was raised.
Load the last save you want to use, open console, and type each of these lines out in order.
setini "ugridstoload:general" 5
saveini
refreshini
Now save your game. You can load a ugrids 7/9/11 save with the default values again.
