Steam overlay and 3D Vision

Post » Mon Nov 23, 2009 3:35 pm

I have bought Crysis 2 on Steam, and I play the game with nVidia 3D Vision. The 3D effects are awesome, but there is this one problem with the Steam overlay: When I bring up the overlay while in 3D mode, the overlay is just showed on the left eye. This makes it almost impossible to use the overlay with 3D activated, and I get a huge headache for just watching at the screen for a few seconds. I noticed the same problem in the demo.

Anyone who has the same problem, or know how to fix it?...

Get lots and lots of people to ask steam nicely to add 3D support to the overlay.

Don't think it is Steam that is the problem. Every other game I have played in 3D shows the overlay right, except for Crysis 2 and the demo...

I now also noticed the same problem is occuring when the CryEngine 3 logo shows when I start the game.

Anyone who is having the same problem?...
