How do you get the Pre-purchase bonus for Brink on steam? when you download the game does it download/unlock automatically or do they send a email out a few days before? and no i am not a noob but there wasn't any info given on how you will receive the pre-purchase bonus so im worried i won't get it

They send you an email with the code just before the release I believe.

I havent pre-ordered from Steam but thats good to know as I was planning on getting this on PC as well.

Sometimes stuff like that gets classified as Downloadable Content (even though, yes, I understand that it isn't DLC).

It will either be unlocked automatically or you will get a code (listed with your Product Key) that you can enter somewhere, be it ingame or through your game account linked to forums/registration.

That has been my experience in the past.

When you Pre-Order from Steam, it will display both a pre-order and a reguar code. If the game uses codes, that is.

Typically DLC is automatically updated, the only time I've seen a code being used was the hat for RIFT if you got the achievement in TF2

Ehm, when i bought the game I got an email from them...Im afraid I deleted that email, but I have BRINK in my games (its just grey)...Soooo is it possible that I could miss something with that email?
