Same for me.

Log into your GMG account and go to your games.

For me, both activation codes were displayed, and more importantly, Steam accepted them.

I am all activated - and charged up!

Bethesda, I solute you for your wise decision at giving us a few days to preload a freakin 30gig game! If you were before me, I'd give all 100 somethin of yall a kiss on on the lips.

I haven't gotten my GMG Fallout 4 key yet... I have gotten my season pass. I'll wait a few hours and see if they update.

Got my Keys aswell. Now just Steam needs to enable the preload :D.

Anyway maybe/hopefully Bethesda/Steam will re-set the official release date, due the fact it can be bought at the stores right now (germany).

All we PC dudes/gals are doing is waiting for the unlock for no reason ;).

Well that's some good info, come 9pm I shall be frenetically refreshing steam to clobber that preload button!

I hope the downloads aren't going to be throttled because of all the peeps who are going to be doing the same thing though......watch this space I guess.

So is the Steam early download limited to those who purchased through Greenmangaming?

I won't be able to actually play* before sunday in any case.

But having it saved on my drive and having it runnable at any time is a calming thought.

Also before I even think about playing, I need to fiddle with the options/graphics.

My system is between recommended and minimum ;). Wich means around 60 minutes options fiddling till it's meeting my taste and possibilities.

Like I am no fan of motion blur nor depth of field.

*play: dive into the game, enjoying the storyline, world and such

Not unless you know how to break Steam encryption. The files don't get decrypted into the proper folders until the game releases.

Anyone who owns the game on their Steam account (whether purchased directly from Steam or from a reseller like GMG if they've sent the key) will be able to pre-load the game once pre-load becomes available. Retail purchasers won't be able to do anything until they have their copy, which will include a Steam key in the box.

If you have your retail key, you could choose to download the Steam pre-load. I don't know what happens if you try to do the disc install prior to release--maybe it will download the rest from Steam and keep it locked until release like the pre-load, or maybe it won't do anything before the release date.

Thanks for the response.

Since I purchased my Fallout 4 from Steam, I should be able to start the "pre-load" in about 77 minutes . . . . . . . . .
