The steam version states that Brink will release on the 9th of May vs. the 10th that's been stated everywhere else.

Do Steam users get the game exclusively a couple hours before everyone else or is the timing just horribly off on their client? Really curious.

If you live in a certain time zone you always get games a couple hours before because its midnight where you live sooner than the companies headquarters.

I live in the Central time zone and get the game at 11PM on the 9th.

12am est 10th
11pm cst 9th
10pm mst 9th
9pm pst 9th

steam had better unl,ock earlier than it says or i'll be pretty irritated. looks like the aussie release on steam has been neglected and we're getting the euro release...which is a day later. that isn't going to fly.

edit: yep 11am friday a full 26 hours later than retail...
