steel book from vivec mages guild, lock level 30, i can't pick the lock: what should i do ? improve my skill (what skill ?), buy a better lockpick (the one i have is valued at 50 dollars), do other quests and come back to this later ? go to another city's mage build to get more quests ? i'm at level 2; lockpick skill is low; thanks
