I've been trying to help a friend recently with getting a trophy, and I don't play the game so I figured I'd take it to the forums.
I was helping him with collecting all the Steel Ingots, by reading him the locations from some walkthroughs I found online.
He said he had a lot of ingots already, and he collected 26 when I helped him.
Come to find out, he had already collected the other 74.. but turned them in to some guy to get equipment or whatever.
I told him to see if he can get them back and he said the guy just stares at him (some Mill worker or whatever, I can't remember).

Is there any way he can get his Steel Ingots back to get the trophy?

No. To get the trophy I believe all you have to do is hand the guy 100 of them. They don't have to be handed in all at once to get the trophy. So the only reason I can figure he doesn't have it yet is because he didn't hand in all 100 of them.

Ohhh alright. I thought he had to have all of them without turning them in. Thanks.
