Primary reason I got levitation for one of the first spells in Morrowind was because I got tired of the constant tacking back and forth to go up hills that shouldn't be too steep to climb. Oblivion doesn't have levitation, so it's a chronic pain when I need to go someplace and my intrepid hero is too fat to go up moderate slopes.

Without using OBSE, does anyone know which setting in CS controls gravity or climbing ability? The average PC should be able to go up a 45 degree slope without resorting to acrobatics cheats, there must be some way to do that in the CS settings.
