Steps To Ensure Full Build with Mega Bake without Errors

I am hoping fellow users can post their experiences on how they have achieved successful builds of their maps for output as a finished mod, as a user of previous idtech tools i have had no problems creating maps from scratch that contain spawn entities and when compiled with slowmap i have no problems everything runs fine...When i first installed the toolkit on steam i could do a full build and mega bake and output mod no prob with simple test map also megatexture worked fine and was editable in megatex editor...I then concluded that it was my use of the spawn entities producing errors i used them exactly as they are used in well example map.....so the next logical step was to try full build on simple map without entities.....this produced same errors.......I have read all posts on forum here relating to map build errors and suggestions are to delete pagefiles or rename map file to get build without soul destroying errors....I am hoping users can post steps they have used to complete this process without error
