Thought the exact same thing when I heard it.
Definitely made me chuckle, not as much as muggy's rants but it was fairly funny.

Yeah, we knew that was going to happen. During recording we made a conscious effort to do retakes where it came across as too Stewie...but there really wasn't too much we could do. Sunil Mahotra (the actor) was great to work with though...he's also Muggy.
