Problem:
Finalizing order takes forever
I bought it 2 days ago worked for me too bad no one plays the 2nd dlc maps

i want to buy the 2nd dlc just for the new rifle.
and my issue is the game always fails to finalize my order.
recon are you using a steam version crysis2?

Me on the other hand i have problem adding a credit card to my account. Always i get Error Could not find your credit cards. and after that i am unable to add any card. Anyone...??

When I add a credit card and press the save button, it gives me an unknown error. I go back and look at it and it seems to have saved it since the credit card info is there. Then I go inside the game and try to purchase a dlc and it gives me the message that I do not have any payment options attached to my account. This is not true because when I go into the secure.gamesas website and check, the credit card info is there.

I tried for 6 or 7 hours to figure out how to purchase the DLC and to no avail. I have deleted cache and cookies, tried different browsers, tried the different secure links, I tried logging in with my email address instead of my nick name and even tried uninstalling it from steam and deactivating it from steam and then activating it on origin and redownloading it from origin and installing it. None of my efforts have worked. It would NOT let me purchase the dlc. I get the same message that I do not have any payment options attached to my account. I event tried different credit card. It still didn't work.

At this point the only thing I didn't try was creating a new account on the gamesas website and then trying to login to my game using the new account. That might work, but I'm worried that I would loose all my multiplayer stats and unlocks if I did that. I am at level 27 or 28 and do not want to lose all my stats and unlocks.

Really, Crytek has made purchasing the DLC's more of a chore than it should be. Only having one purchase option, credit card. Only able to download the DLC from within the game. They should at the very least let us purchase and download the dlc external to the game and manually install it. As it is right now, Really? 6 hours of my time trying to figure out why your system won't let me purchase the DLC???

It's no wonder that there are few people playing the DLC with so many purchasing problems and then limiting the ways it can be purchase. Crytek and EA can really only blame themselves for the poor sales of this DLC.

I believe their still in conflict regarding certain terms.

So I wouldn't expect anything regarding Crytek/Crysis 2 on Steam.

I have try to email Crytec, Cry-Tom and ea, they dont care about us with the problem. THEY LEAVE US IN THE DARK!!

And if you could buy the DLC, you can only use it with exactly one MP profile, since the security check is based on the mycrisis account, not the CD key. Father and son, say, in the same household sharing one computer have to buy the DLC twice! If you want to create a new guy (profile)) as is supported in-game, you have to buy your DLC twice. right, crytek. good luck!

Is the problem we live in europa and only United States have the right's to buy it?

Crysis 2 locked up while it was finalizing the order. I had to shut it down manually. When I went back in, I went to the store and went to purchase history. It showed that I had purchased the pack and just needed to download it.

I finally got it to work, for some reason my EXP date was not being saved, tried it in firefox and boom, it worked.

there are lot of DLC owners lurking around crying for the servers
i was near to be one of them but bugged adding credit card method saved my money from wasting
i find some humor in it

Look at it this way, you saved 20 bucks on useless maps that nobody plays. All servers are dead.

Wait til it's 75% off, then more people "might" play it if Crysis 2 by itself isn't already decomposed bad enough for it's resurrection.
