Still can't redeem pre-order code

Post » Tue Dec 13, 2011 4:53 am

Hello.
I STILL can't redeem my pre-order code.
Admins... I need you to force it to give me my stuff!!!!!
When I enter my code it sends me to a page saying I have to log in; when I hit the sign in button it takes me to my profile page because I'm already signed in!
I've tried deleting the cookies; deleting all temporary internet files, tried the "forgot password link", tried firefox, ie & chrome. EA issued me a new code... but it's not a code problem but this WEBSITE'S problem. Neither code changed a thing of course; read through & followed the instructions on both the ea "knowledge" base subjects on unable to redeem.
This needs to be fixed guys!

they wont... because they dont care! i sended an email weeks ago and told them the website needed to be fixed... the sync option where you can sync your account isnt working so codes cant be redeemed and also credit cards cant be added.

making a new account on gamesas and a new player name in game is the only way to fix the problem... as im in prestige 1 im not going to start all over again... they need to fix it

Well I tried 3 in game accounts, 3 web based accounts, 2 different e-mail services...
Also sent a note for "support" to the admins here... no answer.
From what I've seen this is common? I.e. company employees who aren't doing their job?
