Still cannot connect to Multiplayer - preordered game

Can I please get some support? I have tried all the methods in this forum and nothing works. When will I get some support from Crytek? I don't want a refund. I just want to be able to play the game online.

Who should I contact to get support? E-mailed CryTom several times. Got a response, but no follow up.
What do I have to do?

Try making another account on the in-game MP log in screen, i had same problem after changing ISP.

It's Monday, a business day and still no reply. They are on vacation spending all of our money and looking for another house to buy there too. They'll be back in a couple of months when they feel like it, but not until then.
