Hello,

I still cannot connect to crysis 2 multiplayer. It's been well over a month. I tried EA support and they said I had to come through this website.

I submitted a message through support. When I try the name change it says error occurred. I tried creating a new name and several new accounts. I tried logging on with gamespy ID. Disabling my firewall and antivirus. I am currently a tech support agent for a corporation and I have been building my own machines since I was 12 (I am 31 now). I am just saying this so you understand I have an understanding of computers.

I am REALLY frustrated that I haven't received any support and I just want to play online. I would like to be able to talk to someone directly to resolve this issue as nothing on the forums has worked for me.

Why cange your name?
Dude try 2 make a whole new email and switch your name to something you know isnt already taken.
When i was tryin 2 make a account for this game it scraqed (told me theyt where already in use) all my emails when I tried 2 make an account with an already used name.

I tried to make new accounts on my crysis it says invalid account information when I try it in game. I made several new accounts in game, it fails and says account creation unsuccessful.

Maybe change your ISP, disable your firewall and anti-virus? The problem is in your rig. I've always been able to connect to Multi since like the demo.
