Have they fixed it or are PS3 Users doomed to always play it laggy?

My major issues are gone, but I still get tiny lag occasionally, like entering a new area. I also have this black screen thing, or I did, where it'd go all black for a bit. For instance, once when walking up to the Markarth door, which has walls on either side.
