No, it's just at this time no one is playing. Wait 4-5 hours from now and you'll find some servers. Most of them are in Europe though.

Yeah, just buckle down and dedicate a minimum of 40% of your life to getting lobbies started for a video game and you should be good to go.

You can change to the normal playlist by pressing the X button on xbox. Don't know what system you're on but this feature should be available for you too
