Still Missing Unlocks; EA and Crytek Support Have Ignored Me

In the game, you are awarded "unlock tokens" as rewards for levelling up various things. Unfortunately, until a recent patch it was possible to level up, receive an unlock token, but then lose the unlock and not get the unlock token back. As you can't level up again, that means you lose the unlock token and you will never be able to fully unlock some items as you should.

This has happened to me with a number of things, most prominently the first shotgun, the Jackal, and the Flashbang grenade -- the Jackal has only two attachments of three unlocked, although I have received three tokens with no way to get more, and the Flashbang has been unlocked and then re-locked again.

Jackal unlock issues: 2 unlocks where 3 should be awarded

What the developers need to do is relatively simple; run a check on the number of unlocks that should have been awarded (based on the level of the item) and compare it to the number of unlock tokens plus the number of unlocked attachments / weapons. If the number of unlocks spent + saved is less than the number awarded, then additional unlock tokens should be granted.

As this apparently has not happened with the release of the 1.9 patch, would it be possible for my account to be reset? This way I can attain the missing unlocks, although I will have to redo ten levels of play. If not, when can I expect the problem of the missing unlocks to be fully resolved?

I have contacted EA and Crytek support on multiple occasions but EA refer me to Crytek, and Crytek do not reply to messages sent from their support page. Please help me.

About the Jackal, are you sure? I know you need to complete a certain amount of kills to get all the attachments, but not all the levels of the skill assessment completed award you with unlocks

Yes, I am quite sure. It follows that for each possible attachment, there is a number of kills that will produce an unlock credit. After this, only XP is awarded for reaching certain numbers of kills. I have two attachments unlocked, no unlock credits, and the next kill reward is just XP. Therefore, I am missing an unlock and it is impossible to ever gain it.

This is also the case with perks and weapons on my account. Someone from Crytek, please help.

For some weapons it's like that. At the moment I'm trying to get all the Mk60 attachments. At 500 kills you get only XP, but at 750 kills you get the last attachment. I can't remember the numbers for the Jackal sorry

They theoretically do a maint to fix this, probably detects level 50 players who are missing obvious unlocks.
