Still so much to see.

It was my goal to not see every major hold in Skyrim within a month and I think I just might be able to do it. I have played this game regularly since November 9 (yes, I had an early copy) and I have been to Whiterun and Windhelm. I've yet to be to Riften, Solitude or Markarth. And I've logged about 80 hours in total. I've gone slow, taken in the scenery, and I never, ever, under any circumstances fast travel. I often walk to a location. I take my time moving around cities, talk to all the people, etc. I've enjoyed this game more that I thought I would and that's saying quite a bit. I'll be playing this game for years to come. I think I'll be traveling to Riften sometime this week. Anyone else taking things slowly like me?

Good to hear others are playing like me. I talk to some of my friends on Xbox Live from time to time when I'm playing and they can't believe I've only been to Whiterun and Windhelm. I live in Winhelm now.

for my 1st playthrough ive did it on novice and fast travelled everywhere because my favourite thing is to do all the main questlines and to learn as much of the storylines as quickly as possible. ive played 90 hours and enjoyed it immensely, although the lag is getting so bad im going to wait until it gets fixed before starting my 2nd playthrough.

on my 2nd playthrough i'll take things slower and not fast travel and try adept. 1st playthrough was aimed at getting my quest storylines and platinum trophy. 2nd playthrough will be for longevity and will want to discover every location eventually by travelling on foot.

Thats pretty crazy man. I personally just can't bare too take it that slow, so many other games/RL duties. I fast travel everywhere and yet I still feel overwhelmed by how many quests I have. If I didn't play any other games then I'd probably take the slow route aswell. I think it says alot about this game when people can log in almost a hundred hours just by taking their time.
