Still in the Dark Quest

I'm in Vault 22, Second Floor: Oxygen Recycling.

Where and how do I get to whatever compents to fix the Bunkers Air System that are in this Vault?

You've probably noticed that part of the floor is blocked by rubble. Guess where you need to go to access that area. :P

Bah, I'm stuck in the same exact spot! Looks like you need to access it from a cave. I went down to the 5th floor and I can't find any access to that 2nd floor room with the components in it. Argh. Anyone got a suggestion?
