Still no way to killl undetected, even if there's no one aro

Everything was fine.

Then came that "reversed patch" and now the only way to kill undetected (and therefore keep your reputation) is to use a silenced pistol in stealth mode.

I even stopped playing the game for some months, because that stupidity alone RUINED the way I like to play.

Since I have the Steam version, and it patches itself automatically as you are all well aware of, I though "well, that may be fixed by now for sure".

Right now I'm in the Brotherhood safehouse, in the middle of nowhere, with absolutely no one around, and decided to put a bullet in the forehead of that loser in armor. Used my beloved Maria to put him down.

And here it is, lost rep with the Brotherhood!!!

There was NO ONE around to hear that shot (not to mention that we were underground), for crying out extra loud!!! No one IN MILES!!!

This is just plain stupid! BEYOND stupid! More stupid than stupidity itself!! I wonder who were the dev who came up with this brilliant idea!

But the thing that really baffles me beyond comprehension is: HOW IN THE NINE HELLS nobody fixes it??????????????????????

Guys, please, help a frustrated serial killer resume his once very well succeeded career of gratuitous murders... what fun is to roam the lawless wastes if can't do whatever you want?

A cheat code, a mod, anything! ANYTHING!! I'm beyond tired of searching the nexus site upside-down, to no avail...

If there's no way out, I'll just uninstall this ยจ&$%#$%@ and go play Call of Pripyat -- and finally have some fun...
