I still play medal of honor 2010 and there are never any more than 300 online at a time and I still have a blast with it. The only advice I can give you is that you need to watch out for the douche bag pros that like to take advantage of newbies. There are those few nice pros like He_Who_Stabs_You. He's a nice guy and if the server is full of newcomers he'll take it down a notch. but here are a few who will be relentless and not care. If you find yourself in a server like that then just either leave and look for a new one or wait it. They never stay long.
