Hi all. I am at the end of Promises to Keep. I followed the quest markers, got the paper work for Frost, got the hidden stash, followed the quest marker to Frost, stole the horse and went to where the marker told me to go just outside of the lodge.


But Louis never showed up. Any suggestions for this wanna be Dragonborn?


I killed some bandits near by. Is it possible he was killed by them before I could get to the spot?

Louis is in the safe room with Bill, Francis, and Zoey.

But seriously the bandits could have killed him.

What is the safe room?
