How can you even compare Crytek and Microsoft support? It's like comparing chicken sh!t to chicken salad. At least Microsoft continues to update their security and have great customer support. They may not be able to stop all Trojans and Viruses but the stop most of them. Crytek can't stop anything. If it wasn't for the admins there wouldn't even be an anti-cheat system in this game
