After I beat the Civil War questline Hadvar spawned on me when I returned to Whiterun to drop some stuff off...now he follows me everywhere in Whiterun but when I leave Whiterun he doesn't spawn...how do I get him to stop following me

I leave Whiterun by the front gate and he starts to walk away down the road, I go back in..and he spawns next to me!! Arg!

there is a thread about this in spoilers section, i allso have the same problem and can't get rid of him. :banghead:

He is also in Riverwood. When i drop my stuff over there he sits on a chair close to the fire in the inn. So i am not the only one who noticed it.

Go out of Whiterun. Let him walk down the road, the bug should end there.
