I resolved the Boulder City Quest by negotiation and the map shows me as "Accepted" by the khans. When I walk around Red Rocks, the regular khans ignore me. However, if I see any of the "named" khans (such as Papa Khan) they immediately go hostile and attack. I've set the reputation to "Idolized" using the console and they still attack. Anything I can do to fix this? Thanks for any help
