Does anyone know of a mod that stops EVERYTHING re-spawning throughout the whole of Skyrim?

So once you have picked all the flowers and killed all the animals, cleared all the dungeons, forts and temples, mined all the ore, killed all the bandits and monsters etc there is absolutely nothing left?
