Stop the mass murder!

tl;dr - Feature request to allow users to add more living quarters or upgrade quarters even if vault is at the 200 max. This is so we can move our living areas without having to kill 20 to 25 of our dwellers if you are at max and to allow the current quarters to be upgraded for cosmetic feel.

Dear Vault Tec Support,

Overseer of Vault 404 here, I am writing to protest your policy on not allowing the creation of living quarters if our vault has the max occupancy allowed. I am fully aware that the air filters can only support a maximum capacity of 200 people, my concern is about moving our living quarters to another level and keeping them up to date for cosmetic reasons. The current policy requires me to murder... um... wait for an unfortunate accident that happens to lower our populate to about 25 or 30 under the maximum. Only then am I allowed to destroy a living quarters to rebuild it in a new location. This policy also prevents me from upgrading a living quarters. As of right now I have had to setup a painful rotation policy so that everyone has a chance to live in the "nice" living area. Can you please review this policy of not allowing new quarters to be built or upgraded? Thank you for your time.

Overseer E

hah! great in character post! I am also having that same issue, I need to rearrange my vault to make it more effective for my mr.handy's to collect & allow me to downsize now that I can optimize production with upgraded higherend stuff, however without being able to build new living quarters & unable to destroy the existing ones without first slaughtering a couple dozen of my minions seems a bit ... well, wrong.

Why thank you fellow overseer, it is good to know that I am not the only one that is unsettled by this policy.

Vault Tech Support,

I wish to add to my protest. While I do enjoy the rewards that your auditors give my vault when I complete one of their tasks, I would like to know why the one that counting the collection of weapons or armor is in my store room. Shouldn't he be at the vault entrance instead? When my vault dwellers return and they chose to sell some of the acquired items from the wasteland your auditor fails to count those items as collected. This forces my process to have to first allow my newly returned vault dweller to first deliver all of the items to my store room to have them counted and then take them right back up to the vault entrance to then be sold. That is assuming he or she remembers to do so in the first place. Having just come back from a long wasteland outing, I find that they forget from time to time that I ordered them to do so when they get back. Hard to get good vault dwellers these days.

tl;dr - When objectives for collecting weapons or armor is in the objective screen, if we sell the weapon or armor at the door it is not counted for that objective. This forces us to have to first accept everything into our storeroom (assuming we have the space) then sell it manually on the other screen. It would be awesome to not have to do this 2 step process for that.
