A few days ago, I played Fallout 3 on the PC, and it was kinda slow. I use the d3d9 file, and had no problems. But today, I was thinking if I restore my PC to it's factory settings, it would work. So I did that, installed Fallout 3 and the DLC, and inserted the d3d9 file. now the game doesnt load up at all. and when I dont have the file in there, i get the crash at the first video on new game. help?
