After upgrading ED-E weapons he has stopped following me when I go inside any structure/cave/whatever. He follows me nicely when outside or fast traveling, and he comes with me inside the structure but just stands near the entrance and doesn't move. Anyone know how to fix this?

Update: Seems it only happens when there are enemies or there has been enemies inside the structure.

Found the solution, had to use console and click ED-E and then type resurrect.
