Ok, I get the message about needed an eyebot to decode the launch sequence. But I lost ED-E!! I have searched that missile bay high and low and zippo.

Now I don't want the solution but a nice hint would do. I hope I don't have to go back to when I had ED-E.

Lost him as in he didn't come into the next area with you? Or lost as in you don't know where he went after Ulysses programmed him to come back? If its the latter, just check the room before the ride up to Ulysses. (The room with the eyebot pods and the map of the Divide.)
