Has anybody else had this issue?

I had been storing all my saved loot (ie. weapons, apparel, food/aid, junk, power armor minus cores) in the Red Rocket station a couple of blocks NW from the Cambridge Police station ever since I joined the BOS. That was 3 months ago. Ever since then, once I finished a quest and was overloaded with loot, I would fast travel back, unload and move on to the next quest. Tonight I do the FMS Wreck for the magazine and Agility Bobblehead, fast travel back, and find Power Armor suits missing (without cores remember..) , my apparel container empty, Junk container empty, Weapons container emptied except for 5 items, Aid container empty except for 2 items. The other thing I noticed is that the place looked like it did when I got there with junk spread all over, and the ash piles where I had gooped a couple of raiders missing.

I have read where players who kept their stuff in places located within a settlement have had stuff taken by NPC's and companions, but this was just a free standing building. This was the first time I had ever seen this happen.

I went back to a previous save and the stuff was back. I'm left to wonder if this was caused by a game glitch during the FMS quest that got locked in during a quicksave....

Anybody out there or at Bethesda have any idea?
