My avatar has a long and epic story, beginning back in the moment of creation of the Big Bang......

I'm a furry, and my avatar is my red fox character / fursona. Used to be a little PHP script that would cycle through random quotes. :)

It's the Joker, dressed in a WW2 captain's uniform. Why? Because I've been going by this username for over 10 years. :D
I can't help but think of http://jokerdoesntworksfornazis.ytmnd.com/ whenever I see your avatar :P

After being a member here for a few months and never uploading an avatar, a topic was made in Community Discussion asking whether or not people payed as much attention to posts by people with no avatars. I don't remember what the consensus of the topic was but I do remember that the topic motivated me to go and find an avatar. I looked on a bunch of free avatar sites because I didn't know what I wanted, and saw this particular one and thought it was an okay design, so I started using it. It's basically become the avatar I use everywhere, and I've never stopped using it here other than when I alter it to make it fit in with Halloween or Christmas.

The name and description on the free avatar site didn't specify what exactly the design is, so I don't know and likely wont ever know what it's supposed to be. Someone once suggested it looks like some sort of nano-machine, so I've been going with that.

I know how I feel on the matter:

no avatar/default avatar people are all the same. They are the Borg of the forums :P

 You know, I never thought to look there, I just looked in this thread only.

You look great Emz, nothing to worry about, I think they are good pics. Don't we all say that about ourselves? Our pics are bad.

Avatar! Know that Britannia has entered into a new age of enlightenment! Know that the time has finally come for the one true Lord of Britannia to take His place at the head of His people! Under my guidance, Britannia will flourish. And all the people shall rejoice and pay homage to their new... Guardian! Know that you, too, shall kneel before me, Avatar. You, too, shall soon acknowledge my authority! For I shall be your companion...
Your provider...
And your master!

Keep up the good work [censored]. Jayne's the best character, in my opinion. I've always liked that avatar melvar, but I was never 100% positive that it was Jayne. Glad to know I was right all along.

I consistently get the happy girl shivers when I see your av.

I find it funny that Ultima VII has a better NPC schedule system than Oblivion (and obviously Morrowind) and yet it came out almost two decades ago.

It is a picture of a dark templar of the adaptis astartes. Its been my third avatar since I've been here and change it once every year, though for all three its been a of the Dark Templar chapter making is easy enough to recognize me even after making the change.

It's a cover to an album by The Offspring. I haven't found an avatar that I really like and I don't feel like finding one, so I pretty much have just left it as this one for a couple of months. I would use the profile picture that I use on Steam, but I think people here would just get offended by it. The one I use on Steam is part of an inside joke, so it wouldn't be terribly relevant here either.

I still question why you chose that reject chapter. And just because you do not use psykers, it doesn't mean the wonderful taint of the warp won't hit you like a truck :chaos:
