Strange BONUS text? : IV

Just jumping around with my brand new oblivion copy (Love the game and its huge ground).
Suddenly as i killed 3 thieves,i wanted to get ingame steam chat to work but for some reason it din't pop up.
So i just started spamming CTRL+Home,Pgup,Pgdn,end.
And this strange SOUND came...
I moved back to see if someone attacked me and above my head i saw this text that said "BONUS"
and had a arrow that pointed down,could anyone tell me what this means?

The text I've seen from the moon shadow elves with the scripted effects which add invisibility of some sort to your character during certain hours of night. I've seen this when you're in the prison at character generation. it's kind of an annoying thing as it comes when you're in stealth mode.
