For some reason, anytime I go to build a base, or to put down any foot for my settlers; the screen is perfectly normal until I choose which specific item to place, and it goes to show me a preview.

The entire screen just flips the [censored] out and fills up with tiny green/white pixels that I sometimes cant see through, or red when I cant place anything.

This is making it almost impossible for me to build anything, just due to the inability to see and so far, I haven't seen a SINGLE post about this problem, so is it a problem with my graphics card? because I honestly have no clue what's wrong with it
