Strange landscape collision bug

About a week ago or so, I started getting a really weird bug in the main hub area of my worldspace. It seems most collision data in Block 0,0 is completely corrupted. Loading in the area, my character is flung around the place, randomly flying up and then flung into floor getting stuck in the landscape, moving will instantly move u 20 units, weird invisible walls and hills. This also applies to all actors in the block.

This bug does not occur in any other area of the worldspace, nor does it occur in any other worldspace that exists in the master plugin or it's slave.
Do note that i used the CK heightmap editor about a month ago to edit landscape, and that the master has undergone several merges, however, this was never an issue in the past.

I'm at wits end tbh, got no clue what's causing this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you have modified the landscape mesh and forgot to redo the LOD?

I completely deleted the terrain LOD folders, still get the bug.
