Strange Light spell effect...

I recently started playing oblivion again, and got everything working finally, and noticed something odd...

What happened was this: I started a new character, and built a custom class that had illusion, getting me the base light spell (30ft for 60sec)

Well, I cast it to test it out, and notied no change in lighting at all... until I got near a wall... it seems some mod is making the light spell follow my cursor, like a flashlight. This idea is actually quite nice... if it weren't for the fact that the ball of light was only 1-2ft wide, and didn't help in any way...

so my question is: does anyone know which of these mods is causing it, and how to fix it? I prefer light spells to torches, and this "feature" is kinda making light completely useless...

You can use FormID Finder or RefScope to check which mod it is that affects the spell.
