Well the display driver is found on the right hand side of the Display tab.

For example: Version: 10.18.13.6143 is Nvidia driver 361.43

Well I type in 'run' at the start menu, then open 'dxdiag' from there, click 64-bit at the bottom, click 'save all information', and copy and paste the contents of the resulting text document into the forum. Am I missing anything?

That's the procedure, but it isn't collecting the information correctly, for some reason.
