Strange, Morrowind-esque Fog of War...

So in outside areas of D.C. Worldspaces, I get this Morrowind-esque Fog of War that when I move far enough away from somewhere, you can see it disappear into seeming empty nothingness. And it's a blurry, fog like thing. The borders between emptiness and area I can see is very apparent.

Could be [censored] ini settings. Move your ini to a different folder and see if it looks any better with a new one.

Other than that you might want to try disabling...yanno your weather mods? Which also should be at the bottom of your load order anyways and not the top.

Like Kai says, move your fallout.ini & falloutprefs.ini from (in WinXP) C:\Documents and Settings\\My Documents\My Games\Fallout3 (or wherever they are in Vista/Win7) and let the game make some new ones.

It's likely not related, but it's worth knowing that the current version of Fellout suggests that it be loaded towards the end of your LO rather than towards the beginning. AFAIK, the LO tool in FOMM hasn't been updated yet, though BOSS has.

Did some research, turns out it's these two .esps...

I don't know what's actually happening internally, but I know when they're out of my load order, everything is as it should be.

I had the same problem, but it went away after creating a Merged Patch in FO3EDIT. I don't see one if your load order, unless you gave it some funky name.
