Just got Fallout 3 GOTY from steam the other day, and every time I move, I'm moving abnormally slow... I'm not over-encumbered or anything, just started the game, and for some reason (even while run is active) I move a lot slower than I should. when I change over to walking, its even slower. Another thing that's been bugging me is that sometimes, when I move or jump, i slide forwards for a short distance, it gets really annoying.
