I bet that no one can solve this, but here goes. I looked through a night-vision sniper scope and my game bugged out somehow and now everything is in night vision, no matter how much I fast travel, look through the scope, do ANYTHING, the gross filter won't go away. The game is near UNPLAYABLE because of this glitch, especially in broad daylight. I imagine the solution would be something along the lines of a console command, but am not sure what I would put in to fix it.
