Hi there,

I got a strange problem with FNV, I only get about 16 (and sometimes lower) to 32 FPS in the game. The strange thing is, on all max Skyrim with High Res Mod, I got 60 FPS strait, every time in the game. (FRAPS).

Is this a known issue?

I got a 6950 XXX ED, newest drivers ofc. Battlefield 3 on all ultra runs perfect.

Have you tried an FPS limiter. That smoothed out my gameplay in describable ways it may help here. I used to get crazy fluctuations anywhere from 25 to 50FPS.
