So I was walking around the Helgen area when I noticed something strange. I went to get a better view of it, and found http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198044753111/screenshot/505826067506032176. Some sort of really weird glitch where the textures are a browny-orange color, and (although it's difficult to see) there's a red line separating the glitched textures and the regular textures on the left side.

I'm running the game on High settings, with antialiasing turned off, anisotropic filtering turned off, and radial blur quality on low. As well, I play in windowed mode at 1920x1080 with http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4/?. Here's my mods and their load order:

I've tried disabling all my mods that modify the visuals of the game (CoT, Dynavision, Imaginator, RLO) but had no luck. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
