Hmm well the trophies seem to load perfectly for me on my playstation 3 system and I even showed one of my trophies on my facebook by syncing it.
But sadly the trophy does not show on my public profile portable trophy list, as you can see here. I know its not real time, but it showed my red dead redemption trophy that I got after getting the fallout vegas trophies.

That's weird..Hey,I see you have Borderlands,just finished Lvlg to 69 last night...oh,and no crashes in that game...Nor any in my Red Dead Redemption which I also downloaded the Zombie DLC for that last night,I'm gonna play that until someone fixes this horribly crippled game.

From what I understand in reading the http://boardsus.playstation.com/t5/Fallout-Series/Fallout-New-Vegas-trophy-list-not-on-Playstation-Network/td-p/46414336, this is a known issue.
Apparently, several games aren't showing up in the Portable ID, not just FO:NV. :shrug:
