The version that I have been using that is included in the Overhaul is MGE XE 0.9.4 (after looking in the MGE XE Info file)
Just tried the latest MGE XE (MGE XE 0.9.6) but it did not change a thing it seems.
One other thing, when i redo distant land I get one error after it finished, it says "Non-fatal error in ParseFileForCells(C:\...\data files\poorly placed object fix.esm) Value cannot be null. Parameter name: key
What does that mean?
This is not a gamebreaking bug of course, but it is abit annoying as I have a pretty beefy system and have the graphic set up pretty high. If it only did decrease the graphic details slighty, I most likely would not have seen it, or would not have been using time on this, but it really decrease details in the distant, making it much shorter than what I can se if I look at it in the corners of the screen. What a silly bug
