When I use the Workshop menus, the screen fills with a green static (changing colour depending on item placement) This issue also effects the V.A.T.S mechanic as well as the Power Armour crafting station HUD's, Ive updated my drivers and verified the game cache, but the problem is still present
What can I do to fix this?

Have the same problem. Gonna bump this to get it some more attention. No fix for it yet.
