strange yet funny things

i have ooo+mmm and i had 2 strange things happen to my tester char in the course of 10 minutes.

first. i was riding around.... layawin i think... on a horse and i came upon a fort with close to 20 outlaws in it... even though im only lvl one i figure what the heck and ride up into the middle of the cluster of them (yes they were clusterd). as they start to run at me i dismount and ready my self for death.

but none of them go after me! they instead go for my horse. and chase it pretty much back to the city gates before finally killing it. then they seemed to gain the psychic guard syndrome and target in on me and all chase me back to the castle gates where i died before i could activate the door.

second. was walking around bruma and came across 2 bandits with my lvl one tester again... no horse this time so i know ill probably die.. when out of no where cames a (i think this is the right title) forest legionnaire and whoops them both saving me.... but then a bruma guard comes from nowhere and starts atacking him for no reason! and he wont fight back! it was like their factions were confused or something.

any ideas to what caused these anomalies and how to fix them, or similar strange storries of ur on would be entertaining to read while i wait for an answer

If you want help it's a good idea to post your load order, preferably via Wrye Bash. No idea about the horse attack issue as I never use horses.

02 Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esm [Version 1.33] - Update to 1.34 beta5. MMM 3.7b3p3 requires it. I'd also recommend using a Bashed Patch.

EDIT: Also, you don't need 15 OOO-Container_Trap_Instant_Effects.esp [Version 1.33], although that has nothing do with this issue of course.

updating confused me a lil. do i overwrite the old one with the new one or do i need them both?

oh and i do use a bash patch... though im not sure if im using it corectly

You need both. Just install the 1.34 beta5 patch over the 1.33 install. If you're using BOSS to handle the load order you can basically check everything under Merge Patches and Import X in the Bashed Patch (i.e. check Merge Patches and all mods that turn up there etc.). Rebuild the patch, load a save, wait 4 days for a respawn and go from there.

lol i ment do i need both as in both in my load order?.... so when it asks me if i want to overwrite the ooo.esp i confirm it?

No, of course you can't have two Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esps/esms. :rolleyes: Overwrite your 1.33 install with the stuff in the patch..
