Strangely usual CTD's and need some help

Hello, I'm glad to be hear today!

I am here to ask if there has been a solution yet for random CTD's. I've been getting them even with the latest patch out, and for some reason I've done everything and still no dice. I have spent many hours on this problem, I've done many things to try and fix it. My tech level experience is 8 years at the very least, I keep my drive defragmented well and my requirements are well over satisfactory levels required for Fallout New Vegas. I am currently running no anti virus programs, or have any active firewalls up, and I usaully keep a very sharp eye on my machines integretty, so I'd know if there was an infection present. This is just to get those questions aside.

Allow me to explain my diagnoses. For many months now, I've played Fallout New Vegas on and off, sometimes for extended months, and sometimes I leave it alone for months. I bought the fallout new vegas ultimate edition back in December 2011 on steam so you can bet this is a PC version of the game. which is why I am posting in the PC issues.

For a minute, for maybe the past 2 years Fallout New Vegas, I have tried every solution I could ever think of, and explored everyone elses solution up to this day (I've been doing extensive lurking), I've tried modifying the ini's with over 30 to 50 different combinations of settings. I've tried using external mods or modified exe's to allow the game to use more memory, I've also tried using it on full stock settings, I have even disabled enable GPU presets and performance modifiers. I have even verified my hardware's health status, and it's very healthy, it's got another 4 years to go before being retired. (This hardware is only 1 year old.) And my OS is on par with requirements quite nicely with all the neat little service packs MS has come out over the years, and drivers are all up to date. I've also verified and error checked files and no negatives come up. The harddrives are in good health too.

So, what I am asking, is a solution that hasn't been thought of yet, a solution that would garuntee I wouldn't have another CTD that doesn't require me to uninstall and quit playing Fallout New Vegas. Or buy more hardware/software till my life savings is gone just to see what works and what doesn't. I have a very good setup right now, every other Gamebryo game I have on here works fantastic. Fallout New Vegas has been sort of a love hate thing for me, I love it for the vast number of things in it, and I hate it for the fact that I get random CTD's all the time in it, I could be playing for 30 to an hour to 2 hours, anywhere withen the time between 30 minutes to 1 hour or 2 hours crashes to desktop. I don't want to have to keep relying on saves and I'd like to let my imersion florish without any of these hitches kicking me out of it.

I will likely bump to see if I get any solutions and bookmark this post. Remember, don't submit any solutions that where used prior to this date. I've spent weeks off and on the internet trying things by everyone. And not just this site, but many forums like this. If I can't find anything that works... It's likely the engine, and Bethesda should work on another patch for it. I know, I know, the game is out of date and Skyrim is all the rage. I've got it too, but I like playing other games, Skyrim works fine now and I go vanilla on all these games, so I don't use mods unless I really have to. Keep that in mind when replying. (PS: tried all the modifications that would be to stabalize Fallout New Vegas, but no dice there either.)
