instead of hardcoding each item, I want it to scan the item for its effect then add its ability to that effect.

what I want it to do, is scan the item in the container. there will be multiple types, scan each type for effect, and add up the ones with the desired effect
ie if the regs do damage to health, it will count the total of items in the container that have damage health as its ability
