I'm basically after a mod that just add's the need to eat, drink, and sleep without adding any new meshes/items ect.

Primary Need's looks good, but I heard it has a lot of problems.

Supposedly, there's a major overhaul of NoM in the works, which may remove some of the more "out of place" content.
